I was thinking about something...

me thinks too hard, to slow (sometimes), too fast others, too deep, too shallow, upside down, laying down, and in so many others ways. Sometimes it is painful!

Toooo long!

Checking out my blog just now, I realized that almost three years have passed since I last wrote and I have decided to hit the highlights (and some of the low ones) that have occurred since then. They are in no particular order, so don't be confused if most of it doesn't make sense.

1. I had a beautiful baby girl, Brooklyn Marie. Born March 14, 2008. It was a long and painful pregnancy. I had difficulty with circulation in my legs and spent much of the last six weeks with my legs in support tights (very uncomfortable) with my feet elevated.
2. I wore support tights. Do you have any idea how incredibly difficult it is to put tights on over an eight month stuffed stomach? I do. Check out more info on that.
3. My brother, Chad, married the coolest girl I know, besides myself of course! They were married last December in the SLC temple! It was totally awesome!
4. I quit the "awesome" job I had at Lifetime Fitness. I never got the promised promotion (there will be no more on that) and so I left the company. I was very sad to let allmy "babies" go, but hopefully they are in good hands. Forunately I still have contact with many of them, so I don't get too lonely for the stinky health club.
5. I quit my job to get pregnant and shouted to the sky "This had better be a girl, or we are having a very serious conversation when I get home." It was then that I realized with that attitude, i may not get home. So i tucked my head like a good girl and said sorry. I got one anyways.
6. I have a permanent image of "Rocky" being played by Dale. On the day of the babe's sono to determine sex, we saw a girl. There was much rejoicing in the land. I laid there and cried, like the big silly girl I am, and Dale did a victory dance with his hands in the air. Kind of hopping in a circle. I think it was more that I was totally excited to not be having another boy.
7. Chase got really cool stuff in his travels with the Navy. I am so proud of him. He is really kicking so me booty with all that and I thin kis really going places with this career path.
8. Dawson turned three and I didn't kill him. He is also mostly potty trained. Night are sometimes not so good, but he does great.
9. Jeffrey went to first grade and is reading up a storm. He is the smartest kid I know. He has a grasp of learning that I am not sure anyone can keep up with him.
10. Dylan started preschool at Apple Creek, and absolutely loves it. His teachers Ms. Karen and Ms. Ashley are fantastic and do a wonderful job with him.
11. Brooklyn is a chatter box. We aren't sure where that comes from, but it couldn't be from me!! She is also trying to walk all by her big self.
12. We did buy a house. It is great.
13. We had our house updated during March and April (when the baby was and did come.) It was hectic and crazy, but it is wonderful to live in such a great house.
14. I can't think of anything else to write about, but this is my favorite number and I didn't want to leave it hanging.

Merry Christmas!
